Clients place orders through multiple marketplaces as well as direct inquiries, reflecting our strong market presence. Upon receiving an order, production begins. We maintain in-house storage of raw materials, sourced directly from fabric producers. We place bulk orders based on accurate demand forecasting, ensuring smooth production flow. For each product, fabrics and ropes are carefully measured and cut. Our 15 years of tailoring expertise helps minimize material waste. All products are handcrafted and woven by our skilled women workforce, ensuring precision, finesse, and superior quality. Every product undergoes a thorough quality check, with all specifications manually inspected to guarantee excellence. During packaging, we minimize unnecessary materials by efficiently utilizing space within each carton box, promoting sustainability.

Organic Cotton – Eco-friendly, supporting sustainable farming practices. Polly Cotton – Durable blend for enhanced strength and longevity. Crinkled Nylon – Lightweight and weather-resistant for outdoor use. Beach Wood – FSC-certified and responsibly sourced for sturdy frames. Polyester – Made from 100% recycled PET bottles, durable and eco-conscious. These materials are chosen to ensure comfort, durability, and environmental responsibility in every product.
How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?
We source our raw materials directly from trusted producers to ensure the highest quality and sustainability. Our wood is FSC-certified and responsibly harvested from managed forests, polyester is made from 100% recycled PET bottles, and cotton is organic, supporting eco-friendly farming practices. By maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and keeping in-house storage, we ensure timely availability, consistency, and minimal waste throughout the production process.
During its life and beyond, can your products be repurposed or composted at home?
Yes, SlackJack products are designed with sustainability in mind throughout their lifecycle. Many components, such as FSC-certified wood and organic cotton, can be repurposed or composted at home. Our recycled polyester ropes are durable and long-lasting, and while they are not compostable, they can be reused in creative ways to extend their life.
