HOB Makhana Manufacturing Process 1. Sourcing of Raw Makhana Premium fox nuts (makhana seeds) are carefully sourced from trusted farms, primarily from the traditional makhana-growing regions of India. Only high-quality, naturally matured seeds are selected. 2. Cleaning & Grading The raw makhana is: Cleaned to remove dust, impurities, and damaged seeds Graded based on size, texture, and quality Sorted to ensure uniform appearance and premium standards 3. Roasting Process The selected makhana is roasted using controlled temperature techniques to: Enhance crispiness and flavor Retain natural nutrients Achieve the perfect crunchy texture without compromising quality This stage is crucial for maintaining the gourmet experience of HOB Makhana. 4. How do you source your raw materials/ ingredients?

Directly from Farmers we are soucing the raw farm from Bihar and then its gets sorted process. in sort process Makhana gets extracted in different sizes . we use only top quality Makhana.
