Anaghaya Global Wellness currently employs 12 individuals, including 8 women employees, across various roles such as production, packaging, labeling, inventory handling, and operational support. Our team members mostly come from working and middle-income backgrounds and are provided with stable employment opportunities, fair wages, and a respectful work environment. Many employees had limited or irregular income opportunities before joining the organization, and through consistent work, they have gained financial stability, improved confidence, and better livelihood support for their families. We also encourage skill development and long-term growth through hands-on training and workplace learning opportunities within the wellness and beauty sector.
