We want you to be happy and excited as we are about our products! If you feel that any of our products don’t meet these expectations or you are simply unhappy we want to know about it. You should however keep in mind that the nature of upcycled products is that most are hand-crafted from reclaimed materials which means colours can vary from product to product. Some of them also might show signs of original use, but that is the best part – each unit is unique, no two are exactly the same. If an item arrives and it doesn’t confirm to the description, quantity and quality specified by the seller or it is broken or damaged, please notify us and we will be happy to exchange the item and cover all logistics costs, provided the item has not been used. If an item arrives that isn’t quite what you expected, just call us and let us know within 7 days of receipt of the product. You will have to arrange for the product to be shipped back to the seller. The seller and Rimagined together will look into your compliant. If we find it valid, we will happily organise for an exchange or a refund for the product value amount. Rimagined will ship the new item or refund the purchase amount once the decision on the complaint has been made. |
