The Burlap People was created in the hope of creating and connecting with a community that opted for a sustainable and conscious way of living. They design and handcraft Earth-friendly, customisable bags and lifestyle products made from burlap, a biodegradable fabric made of the fibres of the jute plant, the oldest natural fabric in the world.

The bags and products are handmade and are made by craftspeople who are encouraged to work in the freest and most creative manner.

The vision of the company is to connect with and inspire people to lead a greener and more conscious lifestyle.
